Use these simple steps to get your Kno-Where mobile tracking account set up – and remember if you get stuck at any point use the Live Chat box you can see on this page or drop us an email at support@kno-where.net any time.
Tip: Before you start if you are unsure whether your phone is compatible for tracking or what type it is use the drop down list below to check.
Please note we don’t track iPhones or Windows Mobile devices yet but drop us an email at support@kno-where.net if you have one of these phones and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available
Regardless of whether you are going to use the a desktop computer, tablet or mobile to track your family phones we suggest you create your mobile tracking account using the form you can see here.
It is possible to create your Kno-Where account directly from the Android App but seeing as you’re here already….
Once you’ve sent the form you will receive an email with your secure login details for your mobile tracking account.
Account Confirmation Email
This email will be sent immediately so if you don’t get it straight away check the email address you entered was correct and that our email hasn’t been diverted to your junk email folder.
